What are the fees for buying prescription drug and what do they cover?
There are no fees for purchasing products on MatchRXchange.
Where do these prescription drugs come from?
From Secondary Wholesalers licensed to operate in your state. MatchRXchange provides an active marketplace where pharmacists and wholesalers gather to buy and sell prescription drugs to better manage their inventory and maximize their profits.
What are the ways I can search for a prescription drug?
Its simple! Use our Concierge service or view the entire Marketplace. Both allow you to quickly search using the name of the drug or NDC. You can even scan the NDC from an existing container eliminating the need to manually enter data. Our quick search feature will automatically display the lowest price in the marketplace.
Are there any prescription drugs I won’t find on MatchRXchange?
We do not allow Schedule drugs to be sold in the marketplace.
Why are prescription drugs priced differently?
MatchRXchange is not the prescription drug(s) Seller; you are buying prescription drug(s) from wholesalers across the country. Wholesalers determine the sale price(s). Our unique marketplace allows you to see all of the available prescription drug(s) at once, giving you the power to easily find the prescription drug(s) you want. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, just add a prescription drug to your Wishlist and we’ll update you via e-mail once that prescription drug is posted. Our postings are updated daily.
How can I find information about a prescription drug, such as strength, quantity and form?
The information for each posting can be easily viewed in the marketplace. For more details including a photo, click or rollover on the photo in the marketplace menu.
What are my payment options for buying prescription drugs on MatchRXchange?
You can buy prescription drugs with automated clearing house (ACH). It is the easiest and most economical way to transfer funds.
Why do I have to provide my bank account and routing numbers?
MatchRXchange uses Automated Clearing House (ACH) to debit your account on purchases. It’s simple, secure and the most cost efficient method to transfer funds. We ask for a valid bank routing and account number to ensure accurate processing.
This security measure helps protect against fraudulent charges. By providing this information, you are helping make the MatchRXchange marketplace more secure.
Where are my prescription drugs after I order them?
As soon as the Wholesaler confirms your order, you will receive an e-mail that provides you a courier name and tracking number. If your prescription drugs do not arrive by the expected delivery date call customer service at 1-877-590-0808. Have your order number ready and we will help you locate your prescription drug(s).
When is an order confirmed?
When you place an order for prescription drugs at MatchRXchange, we immediately send the Wholesaler a message instructing them to confirm the order. The Wholesaler has one (1) business day to receive the notification and confirm the order. When Wholesaler confirms the shipment:
1. You’ll receive a courier tracking number for your shipment the following business day.
2. Your bank account is debited.
Who pays for shipping of prescription drugs?
All Prescription Drugs are paid for by the Buyer unless Wholesaler has indicated Wholesaler will pay for shipping and handling upon posting the Prescription Drug(s).
How do I change my contact information?

How do I change my shipping address?
To ensure orders are shipped only to registered users and their respective addresses, you will need to contact customer service to provide your new location and a copy of a pharmacy licenses reflecting the new address.
Will all of my prescription drugs be shipped together?
Yes, when purchased from the same Wholesaler in a single order.
Why do I have to Overnight refrigerated/frozen/dry prescription drugs?
MatchRXchange adheres to proper product storage as declared by the package insert for shipping frozen and refrigerated products in order to keep the prescription drugs in the condition required.
Why can’t you ship to my P.O. Box or my home?
For the integrity and security of the MatchRXchange marketplace, MatchRXchange delivers only to your registered pharmacy address.
Note: Some couriers require signatures for prescription drug deliveries. Please be aware of the expected delivery date and plan accordingly.
I think I received the wrong prescription drug(s), what should I do?
Contact customer service immediately at 1-877-590-0808. Be prepared to give your order number. While this is rare, rest assured you are fully covered by MatchRXchange.

If a prescription drug(s) is not delivered within a reasonable time frame, what should I do?
Contact MatchRXchange at 1-877-590-0808 and we will confirm the date of delivery with the Wholesaler on your behalf as well as contact you to provide you the expected delivery date.
What do I do if my prescription drugs were lost, damaged or stolen prior to receiving the order?
If your prescription drugs were lost or stolen during shipment, give us a call immediately at 248-971-0909 or toll free 877-238-5914. We will contact the courier to help locate your shipment. Damaged shipments should immediately be reported to customer service. We will contact the wholesaler on your behalf to initiate the return process.
I received an error message while placing an order, what should I do?
Double-check the order details to ensure that all the information you provided is accurate. If you still receive an error message, it’s possible that your financial institution is flagging the purchase for some reason. Can I cancel my order?
Once you order prescription drugs, a Wholesaler has one (1) business day to confirm your order. You cannot cancel an order during this period. You can cancel an order that has remained unconfirmed after one (1) business day or more. If you wish, give us a call at 1-877-590-0808 and we will contact the Wholesaler on your behalf to inquire about the unconfirmed order.
How do I use the Wishlist?
While searching for a prescription drug that is not currently listed in the MatchRXchange marketplace, add it to your Wishlist. Once a Wholesaler posts the prescription drug you saved, you will be notified via e-mail regarding the posting. The drugs saved will be listed under the Wishlist tab.
Does buying on MatchRXchange affect my wholesaler rebates?
It might, but the prices on MatchRXchange may be less than your current rebate prices. Buying on MatchrXchange is identical to buying from a secondary wholesaler, if you allocate less than 20% of your purchases to MatchRXchange, your rebates should not be affected.
How long should I wait for order confirmation?

Can I track my shipment?
